SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Majestic Teeth Whitening. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

  1. Processing Your Order

An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.

All orders are shipped from Majestic Teeth Whitening headquarters in Sydney.

Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. After your payment is authorized and verified, all orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We will contact you if there are any delays for any reason. However, some orders may ship within as few as 1 day, and some may take up to 3 days. Please allow 5-10 business days to prepare and pack professional starter kits. We endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of the order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed, and unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order.

Shipping Times

- Domestic (Australia)– Australia Post

   - Standard Shipping: 2 - 8 business days

   - Express Shipping: 1-4 business days

- International Shipping - DHL Express

   - Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days

Custom Duties and Taxes

Majestic Teeth Whitening is only responsible for shipping the product to the customer. The customer is responsible for paying any import fees, duties, import costs, etc., to the courier/shipping company if required. Each country has its own rules and regulations. Some shipping carriers charge additional fees upon delivery. If the customer denies or refuses to pay the fees on delivery, your order will be abandoned. Majestic Teeth Whitening takes no responsibility for paying duties/taxes/fees and will not take responsibility for any abandoned orders. If your order gets returned to the sender due to your parcel not being picked up or duties paid, it can take up to 3 months for the parcel to arrive back to us. No refunds or extra shipments will be made.

Please note

- Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

- The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

- Products may be delivered in separate shipments.

- When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date:

   - Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution center and arrive at the local delivery carrier.

   - Weight factor: Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

We will not be responsible for the wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information

Tracking Options

Majestic Teeth Whitening aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package. All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking.

Damages

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at info@majesticteethwhitening.com.au.

Missing or Lost Package

There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a delivery exception. We’ve found that, more often than not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbor. Majestic Teeth Whitening politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven't located your order, please contact us at info@majesticteethwhitening.com.au to report missing or lost packages.
