At Majestic Teeth Whitening, we have an established partner to manufacture all custom-made Grillz for our customers (and potentially yours!).
Majestic Teeth Whitening will take care of and manage the manufacturing process with our partner for your orders.
When you're eagerly waiting for your custom Grillz from Majestic Teeth Whitening, we understand that time is of the essence. Please take the time to read the following information about our shipping process and turnaround times, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our valued customers.
How It Works
Here at MTW we have an established team of jewellers to manufacture all custom-made Grillz for our customers.
All you need to do is select your design and provide a mould impression from your local dentist (this is always preferred for quickest turn around). Alternatively, you can purchase an at home teeth impression kit.
Dental impressions we accept are:
- Impression tray (with a PVS material, not alginate)
- A done-up stone model of your teeth.
Turn Around Times
Turn around times will be subjective to how long it takes the customer to deliver a suitable impression to us + shipping times. We will then send your impression to our manufacturer. Allow 1 week without shipping delays for impression to reach our production team.
Turn around production times are 6-8 weeks.
These times can extend around busier times of the year such as sales periods, Christmas and New Year. Our manufacturer is closed for 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year.
Your orders will go into production in line with other orders awaiting production. We don't take any priority orders. Orders get manufactured in the order the manufacturer receives them.
Payment
You will be required to pay the full amount of your Grillz order to us before we process your order and send it off for production.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs will be added to your order at checkout.
- AU return shipping- $15 AUD (express and insured)
- NZ return shipping via DHL Express- $55 AUD
- USA return shipping via DHL Express- $80 AUD
Materials
10ct, 14ct & 18ct Yellow, White & Rose Gold + 925 Sterling Silver.
If you smoke or vape it is recommended you choose the 14ct or 18ct Gold option if you wish to smoke/vape with your Grillz on. Smoking will cause tarnishing and oxidisation to Grillz over time and will require re-polishing and professional cleaning.
We can provide re-polishing and professional cleaning for $50.
Sterling Silver is a cheaper alternative to Gold - however not recommended for anyone who smokes or vapes.
10 Karat gold will oxidise like any jewellery overtime, regular cleaning is always recommended. After some time pieces will need to be professionally cleaned and re-polished to remove any oxidisation that general cleaning cannot do.

Client’s Impressions:
It's important for customers to provide Majestic Teeth Whitening with a usable and accurate teeth impression. Unfortunately, no refunds can be granted to customers who do not supply a suitable impression, and the cost of extra impressions will be incurred by the customer.
Keep in mind that the turnaround and production time does not include the shipping times for impression kits or the time it takes for customers to return their impressions.
Missing Teeth
Missing teeth orders are custom requests only. Missing teeth styles are limited. The minimum order requirement for missing teeth is 1 full solid tooth on either side of the missing tooth. 3 teeth in total.
Custom Grillz
Email us at info@majesticteethwhitening.com.au the type of custom Grill you would like including the material, design & inspo photos in the email. Specify the number of teeth and a detailed description of any other details necessary to bring your custom Grill to life. Include your full name, billing address and contact number for invoicing.
Our team will then email you a custom order link to complete your purchase.
